Return Policy
We only accept returns on unopened and unused products, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. You will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs. No returns on special orders
Returns have to be reported within 72 hours. If items are defective please let us know right away.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

- Shipping is $15.00 within Canada
- All orders are currently shipped via Canada Post
- A signature is required upon reciept of all our packages. Please note that if you are not available to recieve the package at the time of delivery, you may be asked to pick it up at your nearest Canada Post outlet.
FURNITURE, HEAVY LIQUIDS and EQUIPMENT: Will be shipped by a courier and not Canada Post. We will charge for shipping the exact amount the courier charges.
